ACFE story, , 3 min read. By the ACFE team
Not for lack of talent. For lack of access.
ACFE trains young Africans in digital and cloud skills, mentors them and proves them on real client work through Spectrogram Consulting. This is what the pathway has produced so far, and where an employer can open the next door.

In short
- Less than 1% of African graduates will secure a job or start a business (Coresignal, 2024). The gap is access, not ability.
- Four people mentored through ACFE now work on live client mandates at Spectrogram Consulting, and two have come back to lead ACFE sessions.
- Employers can hire, host an internship or fellowship, or partner on a branded career centre.
The talent is ready. We are looking for the doors.
The calibre the pathway produces
Through Spectrogram Consulting and A Cloud for Everyone (ACFE), we mentor and train young Africans in digital and cloud skills, then prove them on real client work. These four came through the ACFE to Spectrogram pathway. They were mentored, trained and hired into Spectrogram, where they now work on live client mandates.
- Tumelo Moagi, Digital Transformation Strategist
- Shaun Ravele, New Business Development and Venture Capital Analyst
- Tshepiso Mmako, New Business Development and VC Strategy Analyst
- Kgotso Sebakamotse, Strategy Operations and Logistics
Two of them, Tumelo and Shaun, have already come back to lead ACFE sessions for new learners. They show the calibre of talent this pathway produces. More graduates like them are trained, proven on real work, and ready and willing to work for the right employer.
Built so far with a small group of early partners

Whichever fits you best:
- Hire graduates: Meet graduates with verified Spectrogram talent profiles and bring them into roles on your team.
- Host an internship or fellowship: Give a graduate the practical, evidenceable experience employers look for. Spectrogram already provides internships and fellowships, and we will shape yours with you.
- Partner on a career centre: A private, branded career centre for your students or staff, with job surfacing, talent profiles, and reporting on participation, certifications and job application outcomes.
This is what we have done so far, with a small group of early partners. With you, we can do much more.
Would you be open to a brief conversation about helping us take this to more African countries?
Help us scale this across Africa
